Protect-A-Boot
DEI Protect-A-Boots provide the ultimate heat protection for spark plug boots and wires, because they shield them from the extreme temperatures generated by vehicle exhaust headers and manifolds. Made from high temperature resistant fiberglass composite material and double wall construction, Protect-A-Boots are able to prevent burning, hardening and cracking that could lead to engine misfire and damage.

Titanium Protect-A-Boot
	Titanium Spark Plug Boot Protectors are the latest in thermal protection technology. Developed from a unique material mined from lava rock, this material is naturally resistant to heat, chemicals, abrasions, and contaminants. The material is stranded and woven into a tight, proprietary style weave for added durability and strength, yet is pliable enough to provide a universal for for straight or angled plugs.

Protect-A-Wire
Protect-A-Wire protects spark plug wires from underhood heat and prevents potential burning, hardening or cracking of wires that can lead to engine misfire and/or damage. Easily installs on wires by removing the distributor boot and connector. Made from high temperature resistant fiberglass composite material, Protect-A-Wires can also protect electrical wiring, hoses and fuel lines. Each kit comes complete with DEI Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes for a final finishing touch.

Titanium Protect-A-Sleeve
	Developed with DEI’s proprietary LR Technology, these high temperature rated sleeves provide superior thermal protection for street vehicles or race engines, protecting fuel, oil lines, spark plug and electrical wires from direct or under hood radiant heat. The 1/2" ID sleeves will fit many of today’s larger diameter spark plug wires for protection against hot exhaust manifolds and headers. Water and heat resistant, they are also ideal for Powersports – ATV/UTV, motorcycle, personal watercraft, snowmobiles, and marine use.

Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes
	Hi-Temp Shrink Tubes can be used to insulate wires, wire splicing, connections and terminals. The professional grade flexible flame retardant polyolefin tubing provides excellent insulation and protection from dust, solvents and other foreign material - as well as providing strain relief. The over-expanded tubing will shrink down to 33% of it’s original diameter to fit snugly over wires and connectors for a water-tight protective seal without reduction in tube length. They available in many different sizes and meet the material functional properties of Military Spec DTL-23053/5C.

Spark Plug Wire / Boot Shrink Tubes are perfect for sealing ignition wire-to-boot protection, forming a water-tight seal with a shrink ratio of 3 to 1. They can be used to bundle wires (versus tape or plastic ties) and offer a clean,professional look.
